Hey - I came across your blog while researching my Great-Great Grandmother, Elizabeth Heydenfeldt. You show a 1914 SF directory, which you said you looked up your ancestors, and that “Elizabeth Heydenfeldt is in there too”. How are you related to Elizabeth Heydenfeldt? From what I know, my family and my cousins, the Westburgs are the only descendants of Elizabeth Heydenfeldt living today. I’m anxious to know how you are descended from Elizabeth. Dude, I’m sooo glad you took up Bass! It is really a sweet instrument. Also, your amp is sweet! I like the EQ, and the brand is good. You’re smart to get a Fender and not some typical noob gear like a Peavey.
